Chefs Jay Sringern and Jackie Wandee-Boyce have created something unique at Drayton Pizza and Thai Food, where they have combined the best of Thai cuisine with Canadian-style pizza.
In Drayton they provide classic Thai staples, such as Pad Thai, green and red curries, basil chicken, as well as classic pizzas, lasagnas, and home-style take out classics such as burgers and fries. They have also invented unique pizzas with delicious Thai toppings such as 'Krapaow' a spicy mixture of pork and Thai basil leaf. There is nothing else like it in the surrounding area.
Jay and Jackie set up shop in February 2019, transforming the old Drayton Pizza with a new vision and expanded menu. Both have settled into the community, and are looking forward to introducing new flavours to Drayton for many years to come.
